the worst customer care service. First , due their technicle problems I did not get reserved seats even after paying for first row seats. Secondly, at checkin desk, they asked me to provide proof of reserving basinate. Evenafter providing payments txn details, case numbee provided by AI , she did not agree and denied bassinate, front row seats. ... In the plane, we asked for blanket/quilt but in vain. ... I am done with AI
