Easy going and helpful lady at the counter. The place has AC and waiting seats and free drinking water. It's half a floor below street level, and sign posted.
The most noticeably awful administration I have ever had. Put air india benefits as the last choice. On the chance that something occurs while your travel they are not mindful. They won't answer your call. They won't answer for messages. Extremely terrible client administration. Why cant you simply go to the calls?? I'm not going to having any longer Air India administration. Finished with it.

Typical Air India office with old printers and older employees who aren't mostly helpful, but will get the job done inevitably. It's located at a fairly comfortable place to reach at, but finding parking there may be a hassle as it is right on the main road. The office as such is spacious and has plenty of seating! The phone number is also contactable and they generally do pick up the call!
Very poor service by air india, I boarded air 429 on 2 Jan 22, just 10 minutes before plane dep, staff informed about my luggage not being boarded, I was told to go to level 4 where no staff of air india was available, after returning to gate I was advised by staff to miss the flight, very pathetic service, lowest standard of professionalism shown by air india. At coimbatore airport I reported the matter to air india staff, they made me fill a property irregularity report and gave a invalid number as contact. This incident displays the depleted efficiency of air india staff.
Worst service.. Where people who are talented are jobless and these have a job and doesn't value any... They get paid for what physically present in the location.?? Wonder they dnt have a manager or head... Probably their head is also the same. Why air India has to waste money on an office when they are going into losses.
I sometime go down to the air india office in Coimbatore to secure seating, book multi city trips etc. I have had the most pleasant experience every time. The staff have been very patient and helpful on every occasion.
