AIMS Medical Centre - Hospital in Dombivli - Thane, India

I am visiting Dr. Arva for the 2nd time for my back pain. She is sharp in identifying the problem and then takes appropriate approach. She won't misguide you by involving lot many excercise. I do recommend her as a good physiotherapist to all my LSG Palava mates.

The services that I receive from AIMS Lakeshore Greens Centre is excellent.... Mr. Sandeep and the staff are friendly and ensure that patient will get proper information regarding facilities.... Mr. Sandeep is very supportive and always answer the queries with smile.. I am very thankful to AIMS main hospital and AIMS lakeshore greens centre for taking care of my Mom & Dad's health; And also mine as few days before Dr. Shruti performed surgery on me... Thank you all for the great care and support...

Very very helpful Clinic For the Palava people with 24 hours emergency service, Xray machine, Lab & Ambulance

Staff was good, phlebo gaurav kadam was very politely to talk and collection of blood is also good Recommend for health reports

Staff only focus on admit the patient in normal condition and here doctor have not much experience.

The phone number listed on this page is of Milap Nagar, Dombivli.. i called that number and asked if xray is available at 10pm. The guy said yes, so i carried my 6yo daughter on my lap for a km just to realise that LSG operates only till 9pm for xray from a sister who was busy on her personal call sitting in the reception desk and doing multitasking of attending to me as well at 10pm DTD 10022023. Milap Nagar Hosp is no good either. There are rare chances that you're coming home once you're admitted there. My 38yo neighbour had acute acidity who got admitted there but couldn't make his comeback

We have been visiting the AIMS Medical Center since a year now. We took consultations from this Center before the birth of our child. I'd like to give a special shout out to Mr Sandeep Valmiki, who is the Center Manager there. His professionalism and customer centricity is the best I have seen in visits to several hospitals all over India. He has always given us a feeling of assurance and confidence in every interaction we've had with him. He's supported us with prompt and proactive information on Doctor's availability, appointment planning, ambulance service, and much more. But most of all, he's a pleasing person to talk to and a wonderful human being. Having more people like Sandeep in medical and wellness industries can make every customer touch point a very memorable experience.

Pathetic service particularly if you book an appointment for Dr. Deepali Lodh at the last moment they will cancel the appointment . Hospital management is purely unprofessional. For people residing in palava this medical centre they should strictly avoid
