AIMS Hospital - Hospital in Dombivli - Thane, India

Multi-speciality hospital in Dombivli , has all the facilities from x-ray , sonography, ECG , stress test , MRI under one roof . Patients don't have to go anywhere for any test . They also collect blood samples for basic tests , for specialised test they have other lab collaborations. Hospital is very neat and clean , crowded for OPD but still silent and one does not get feeling of hospital. Positive attitude staff , nurses and doctors.

As a foreign national seeking radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment in India, I found AIMS Hospital to be very professional and clean, with polite staff and affordable prices for treatment options offered. The doctors, nurses and other staff all conduct themselves in a professional manner befitting the medical field. In addition, their equipment is very modern and up to date. Very impressed.

I've experienced consistent frustration with AIMS Hospital Dombivali's reception and nursing staff over the past 8 months. Their communication is erratic, frequently altering appointment procedures without explanation. One day it's "take an appointment first," the next it's "first come, then take an appointment." It's like dealing with a constantly changing constitution, and attempts to clarify with the doctors only lead to more confusion. The lack of consistency and proper responses from the staff has made my visits incredibly challenging and unproductive.

We had disspointing experience with this hospital. would like to specially mention billing staff member named Ms shweta salvi...who inspite of knowing the severity of the situation kept us waiting and the procedure got delayed. Very arrogant and inconsiderate lady. Hospital staff is expected to be polite and assuring ones who do not put patients in difficult situations. I request hospital management to change shweta salvi as she is destroying hospital image.I have also complaint against her in Echs.I hope hospital management will replace her with someone who is more Polite. Hospital is good ,all doctors are experienced only staff like shweta salvi spoiling the image of the hospital.

Would like to appreciate Jyoti sister in OT, dr pallavi maam ( anaesthetic) and Archana maam from insurance dept for kind behaviour, guidance and cooperation. There should be more like them. Would also like to thank dr biswa ( gastroenterologist) for giving clarity about the procedure.

Do not visit this hospital. It is one of the most expensive hospitals in Thane District. They overcharge patients by ordering unnecessary tests. While the doctor might advise only essential tests, you'll find additional tests listed on your prescription when you reach the payment counter. In my experience, I went for a routine checkup and was shocked to pay a substantial amount of 20,000 rupees just for tests.

It's bad experience for aims hospital,my husband hospitalize June moth and we deposited money in 10000 but not yet returne .it's 6 months to go he not refunde the amount 17000 yet. It's service is pathetic ,many time speak with tpa team n shweta .no revert any one.

I think this hospital management really needs to start thinking about what they are doing! The bells in the room don't work? And when you ask anyone anything their answer is it's not my outlook! Then whose outlook is it? But during payment their communication with each other is brilliant, but during problems there is no communication, i understand hospital is big and not everyone is answerable for things but then figure it out? How will patient or caretaker figure it out?? If you guys can't! The facility is good but I really wish people maintaining it would be . It would've been boon to people living in dombivli but no.. and that's sad!
