Dont come to this hospital. If you want to reduce pain, stay from This hell. Right now I'm in hospital. My mother is in pain since last 3 days. The doctors suggested to conduct sonography at morning 9 am. But the doctor to conduct sonography came at 12.30. When we continuously asked for the doctor to the staff, finally they said to "doctor comes at 2pm". The worst role was played by the Receptionist. They treated us as pass and pass ball, According to their convince. Nobody came from staff to assist the patient, and after intense pain and hardwork, we just got a simple sonography done. Still my mother is unwell, and the pain hasn't reduced. And especially with this type of support, All I will say is, stay away from this hell

It's very good hospital..... Service is also good........ Importantly Dr. Gaurav Baheti Sir's Diagnostic was very good... well done. All the staff at AIMS also good, caring and supportive. I think some things need to be done.. the hospital needs a canteen so that the patients coming from outside and their companions will be comfortable. Thank You

Worst experience ever in a hospital!! 1. Both the staff and doctors are arrogant, been there 3 times but no one talks politely and respectfully 2. I was admitted under ECHS scheme of army where my bill is paid by government, they told to buy extra medicines and then distributed within normal people for free (medicine's expenses are also paid by the government) 3.under ECHS scheme the room provided to me should be semi private but they sent me into general ward and when i objected them they shouted on me although my side was correct They don't know how to respect thier patients 4. Zero in terms of cleanliness 5. Honestly saying worst hospital to be admitted Would given stars in negative if i had the option still I'd say it has a rating of a negative 5 from my side -5/5

The staff is good but the management of the hospital needs to be improved. Being a patient it was me who have collected my discharge file from the receptionist rather they should have brought it to my room. Apart from that the private rooms don't have Air Conditioning. The doctors here are excellent

Service is too slow, No one is interested in what patient really wants. & Reception counter is so careless they misguide you & keep you await till the end of the day even if there is no doctor available in the hospital. I have visited here to admit my dad they told me to come at 7'oclock in the morning but it's now 8.45 am almost but no one is here for us. They keep us waited outside in cold. So Careless. Even watchmen can't help you in such situation.

No doubt about doctors, but nurses and support staff is so poor no one is helping and care about the patient. Also there is no main doctor available they only comes in morning for a round and doens't keep patients relative there. The treatment was good but the staff is so lazy and needs to tell same thing thrice and more to them.
