To success from struggle: I live in USA and I had been struggling with mental, family and financial stress before I met Guru Duraiswamy. It's been almost 1.5 years after I started practising Aikya Yoga. And I see tremendous change within myself - both inside and outside. Guru Duraiswamy made me understand what is life, what is important for life, how to live a happy life. I practice Aikya Yoga everyday and that is making my day beautiful. It has been a wonderful journey with Guru Duraiswamy and I will continue the practice my entire life.

Last several years, I've tried various exercises and diet plans, those seemed to help only short term. Once I learned about Aikya Yoga, I wasn't sure it would show progress but I soon noticed very fast improvement both physically and mentally. After a year and a half later I'm glad that I'm continuing with program, Guru Swami's one on one sessions are very unique. He combines yoga, Pranayama, meditation and satsungs for the best results. I look forward to his class everyday to handle my busy schedule.

I like their way of coaching. I feel energetic throughout the day after I started practicing. Good relief for my joint pain. Also they complete all the required exercises within the allocated time
