Apartment stay was really good, well cleaned. All facilities available for stay. Outside nature view is also good. You can see peacocks everyday in front of your windows. It's really like home away from ur home. Only they don't provide cleaning everyday. Once in 3 days is really not acceptable. Though they provide all cleaning essentials but when someone has come out for work, can't find time in cleaning and all only. It should be added like other amenities provided. Rest everything was really superb. We really enjoyed staying there.

Hospitality, Cleanliness, Breakfast, security - 5/5 Detailed Review: We are family of 3 Adults and 2 Kids and stayed here for 3 nights. Parking space is available beside appartment without any issue. Appartment is secure with punch card entry for guests. Rooms, beds and toilets are clean and in new condition. Didn't find any issue with my stay. If you have car to travel around and based on your financial feasibility If this Appartment charges are in fit for you please go for it. For sure you will not regret. It's far better option than 2 rooms you book in a hotel

Had an amazing experience residing at this place during my trip to Mangalore. If you're planning to visit Mangalore with your family or friends this place is perhaps the most calm and relaxing stays in the city. The Owner is really good and cooperative, if you ever plan to come to Mangalore you should stay at Aikya Apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at aikya apartment. It was home away from home. Such a comfortable feel and so convenient. Spacious rooms, really clean apartment and supplied with basic utensils. There was also access to wifi, which was quite convenient. Plenty of storage. A really quiet and peaceful area, so comfortable to sleep. Waking up to beautiful peacocks. Honestly, did not feel like leaving. Definitely will be returning again when we visit mangalore.

Home away from home, coolest place for family to stay with a lot of greenery, peacock and pehens around. Except for the free breakfast everything was fictitious. I definitely recommend others and stay here if I visit Mangalore again.

Had a very comfortable stay at Aikya. Right from the booking to check out, everything was seamless. The hosts are very friendly and ensured we had a very good stay. Had booked a 2BHK, it comes with a fully functional kitchen, geyser in both the washroom, fridge and a tv. They have an in-house kitchen on the top floor, food is very delicious. Location is a plus with nature around and a lot of peacocks. One can hear the chirping of birds through the day. The host also helped with local travel needs. Parking is also available in the premises. Overall, a great place to stay with family and friends. Will surely stay again when I come to Mangalore.

This is a very well maintained and professionally managed homestay. The rooms are conveniently planned and built and it has all the basic amenities required in a homestay. The WiFi works well, we were easily able to take all our work calls. The only thing to be noted is it's location is a bit in the interiors. But, if you have a personal vehicle then no problem.
