Very kind and caring staffs. I gave my old hearing aid for service. They tested my present hearing level . They Sent my old hearing aid to service centre and get it serviced promptly, with a six month warranty. I strongly recommend this centre for buying new hearing aid or service job.
Excellent and genuine place to find the right hearing aid. First telephonic interaction with the owner Mr. Selvam was very pleasing and he took 20 mins understand the requirement and provide suitable input. Fixed appointment and took my 90 year old grand mom for ear check up. Mr. Palaniappan did a great job in testing. He was very patient, polite and helpful. Never rushed my grand mother and educated us the details well. Ms.Mary in front office was also very good. Overall a very good experience and got the feeling that these guys are passionate towards providing right solution for customers and not focused on commercial sales. My grand mom is now able to hear well and is very comfortable using the hearing aid. Thanks to Selvam sir and Palaniappan sir. All the best.
