Before starting work, clearly say to them if you break anything inside toilet, you should bare that amount.. Because after breaking a pipe in my toilet he said will anybody do this with intention..?? I bought new pipe for 300 for 300 for fitting (plumber)..total 600 etc expenses for me.. But I reduce only 300 with him(for 1300 toilet cleaning, I gave 1000 atlast), however 300 extra expense for me...be extra care
