Awesome stay with Lovely view,good taste 9f every meal,only one drawback is lack of variation in breakfast and dinner

Good hotel and nice staff. Location is a little tricky. Food was also good but service was slow.

Such a bad experience....dirty towels, dirty bathroom, rude manager, stale food. Just because we booked the room online and paid for it and have reached there around midnight. Were not left with the option of changing the hotel so had to spend the night there but would not recommend anyone for this place.

Food is good. Cleanliness is average, the bed linen was dirty when we checked in. Switch board socket/switch had issues with sparks coming from it and unusable. Television had no channels with message appearing that subscription had expired. Hot water is NOT 24/7 and room heater if needed will be at additional 500 Rs per night. Upon request, the service is good but hotel folks need to be more proactive in addressing above issues considering how much premium they are charging owing to holiday season. The view from the hotel is good but that would be the case with most of the hotels in Manali. There is decent amount of parking place.

I recently stayed at AHR Grace Resort & Spa in Manali with my family and unfortunately, my experience was not great. Firstly, the food provided at the resort was sub-standard and of poor quality. This was quite disappointing, especially given that food is a key aspect of any stay. Secondly, the resort did not have any power backup which resulted in frequent power cuts during our stay. This was very inconvenient and made our stay uncomfortable. Another major issue was with the availability of hot water. It was very difficult to get hot water in the room, and we had to waste buckets of water before we could get some warm water. There was also no late-night hot water available, which was quite inconvenient. While the service at the resort was moderate, there were a few other amenities that were missing. The resort did not provide heaters in the rooms, and we had to pay extra charges to get a heater. Additionally, there were no hair dryers in the rooms which was quite inconvenient. Overall, my experience at AHR Grace Resort & Spa in Manali was only moderately acceptable. Given the poor quality of food, lack of power backup, and other missing amenities, I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Our location was best and was with a balcony view so I loved the area and the food was delicious. Only thing didn't like was the room door lock, it was hard and stuck. Other than that my stay was premium.

Looks like this is flooded with fake reviews. It is certainly a 2 star and not a 4 star. Unless you ask for water bottle, coffee instant mix, room slippers, dental kit, they don't provide you. Room looks very average, cabinet box is broken. Breakfast has only very few options. In all three days that we stayed, only curd was the one provided along with Paratha. No gravy was available. Food quality is again very average. It looks like the hotel has adopted the policy of 'Provide facilities to customers only when asked' I must agree that the hotel staffs were courteous though. That's the only positive that I can highlight.

This hotel deserves 0 stars. Me and my friends were on a himachal trip few days ago and we had a stay at this hotel. Room and food were good but the staff was so so so rude like when the dinner or breakfast timing was ending they literally spoke to us in a very bad way like... Please get up and leave ...the dinning time is over.... Plus we were the coordinators of the group so we had to dine in later after the whole group has done their dinner. Trust me... This hotel needs a good and polite staff. Specially ...' SPECS WITH A SHORT HEIGHT GUY IN THE DINNING HALL' very very very rude.
