(1)Ticket counter staff Is Very Bad , Train Information is not Given Properly .And when I went there, none of the staff there was speaking. What was written on the board was being spoken just to collect information. (2)Those who have some difficulty in reading Hindi will have some difficulty there.

Newly renovated now the junction looks good and there are escalators available at both the sides to climb up to the station to move from one platform to another. There is a lot of traffic near the station as it is connected to the main city in the middle of Ahmedabad and also the main bus stand is near to this. There are buses available to move towards any area in Ahmedabad, buses are available at the gap of some minutes. The main bus stand is available 10 minutes from the Ahmedabad railway station where you can travel to any part of Gujarat and other states. You should be cautious at the railway station because there is a lot traffic even during this covid times. Stay safe stay healthy. Private rest room is available at the platform no. 1 and also the waiting rooms for ac and sleeper room reservations available at the same platform number 1.

It's an awesome and a very huge railway station of Indian railway. Every train stops here for more than 20 minute. It's a main railway station.
