I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE RATINGS!!! PATHETIC SERVICES. I just called to talk to a doctor and I was advised no doctor was available then why do you brand yourself stating doctors are available by 24/7. Then why it was written doctors are available. Your staff members don't know how to talk to patients. When I called I heard someone a male voice from the background stating don't entertain such calls, What the hell you mean by not to entertain such calls? Are you doing a favor by seeing patients or you're doing free of cost. How come your staff say like that? I will take this to the consumer forum. This is the 3rd happening I have been calling to talk to a doctor and no doctor is available. This is ridiculous, boss you're dealing with the life of Pediatric patients and you have to responsible enough. I need a detailed explanation on all of these.

Ahmedabad Children Hospital consists of a team of highly skilled and passionate doctors who give their best. My 12 days old newborn (premature) with severe infection was transferred to Ahmedabad Children Hospital on 11th of October after unsuccessful treatment at another very well known hospital. Dr. Shakil, Dr. Parth and the other doctors and staff did an amazing job working hard day and night for approx 35 days straight. By the will of Allah they gave a new life to my daughter. She is healthy and at home at the moment alhamdulillah. I highly recommend Dr. Shakil's services to everyone, as he is a very passionate doctor who prioritizes a baby's life over anything (very rare nowadays). My baby was crying he is suffering pain in his ear we went to see my baby to Dr. Mahesh at 10pm. he has zero knowledge he has given fever medicine and did not check ear. and I will never suggest to going to Dr Mahesh . I feel I have lost 500 which I have paid to Dr fee and we came out of the hospital and immediately called Ansh hospital to see my baby and Dr Amol has very good experience.
