Service-2.5/5 (they are usually helpful but one of the senior lady staff- the one i have marked with a red circle in one of my pics is super rude.. I requested for an exchange of ice tea in place of coke using a coupon from the app... earlier the other manager did do it for me and at other outlets as well they do change it.. and if they dont want to change it, they can say the same in a polite manner.. even after the other girl gave me my order she was scouting and checking the other girl if she gave me something else other than my order)--- so the moral of this entire story is they are inefficient in service when there is too much of rush..they turn into rude, selfish workers.. Food taste and hygiene-4/5 Washroom -4/5 Space-3/5 (always crowded.. but u manage to get a seat)
