Ahilyabai Holkar Talab - Pond in Verul - Aurangabad, India

Rajmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar can be said as tapasvini as she not only re constructed the destroyed temples by Mughals but also protected from them. She also built many architectural master pice of monuments/temples. This is one of its kind . Take a time to visit understand this place whenever you are on this route.

Government should focus on cleanness of pond. But over all it was good.

This is the holy place but lack of cleaness you would n't like to stay there for a long time . but if you seat there and just focus the structure definitely you feel amazing there is 9 small temples around the holkar pond when I visit there I found some Sadhu were offering prayer and doing meditation I feel so calm and peace there.

Must visit during monsoons when this is full

All Temples Were Built By The Bharatmata Ahilyabai Holkar In 16th Century .

In this place i found 8 shivaling and a beautiful lake which look green. I Heard about lakes story from a local guy.. hidden Gem of Verul... love this place...
