Hi Guys! You have done a brilliant job with my oversized chandbalis! These were custom designed for me, in silver and basra pearls, and have an antique nawabi finish! Suprisingly, for oversized chandbalis (10 cms in length,to be precise), they are not very heavy, and with the hook behind, the earrings offer a very comfortable fit,while they look absolutely stunning! Updating this review. I just received the rings I ordered. They are exquisite. Again the services was amazing! I am in the process of ordering some jewelry items. I am blown away by the level of service and commitment from Kajal and his team. They will do everything possible, especially in this Covid era to expedite shipments. Their designs are exquisite and I cannot wait to receive my items and plan to post a further review then.

I placed a pretty big order since there was a good promotion running on the website. Although the lockdown situation has delayed the delivery but I've not been disappointed with the quality and packaging of the products. They have come just the way Ahilya has delivered my orders in the past. Some pieces are pending because their karigars are not available now. But I trust it will be completed once they are back. Happy to support their business during this time

I had requested a custom ring to be made. Ahilya and team did a fantastic job!!! I got exactly what I had asked for... the artwork was meticulous as desired, quality was great, fit was perfect and delivered before the expedited time. I don't recommend this Ahilya jewels, because customer service is too bad. If you want to buy something and want to exchange or return then this is not the place. They just lost trust of a potential customer like me due to the refund issue. I returned the product before lockdown, in the 3rd week of march and they haven't process my refund. I was just browsing through their products and I immediately got a whatsapp message from them asking if I want to purchase that. They had postponed my refund for 3months citing Mumbai lockdown so I asked them, if they can dispatch new products, what's the problem in processing my refund, this is disgusting, worst service ever. Websites like myntra, flipkart, amazon are much better in terms of processing, when you value local website like Ahilya, they don't deserve the respect any more. Now, they aren't even responding to my whatsapp messages. I regret buying here, if it was 100/200rs then I would have donated it to them but it's worth 5k so I am still chasing them, a BIG NO to shop at Ahilya Jewels. Although I wanted to give a negative rating, am forced to give 1 star here. Edit: I got the refund today after a lot of follow ups and the owner of Ahilya called me up to talk to me and asked me to pull this review off, I am rating the website from 1 star to 4 star for her courtesy/professionalism to talk to a customer after all this mess. I would still recommend them to pick the calls/respond to the whatsapp messages to assure customers in such crisis that their money is safe and refund will be processed asap, for people like me who stay out of Mumbai would definitely have a sense of doubt when the calls go unanswered.

I bought a Gokhru bangle, Diamond statement necklace and Mother of pearl ring. I am extremely happy with the quality, design and packaging of the product. I had refer some of my friends also. Their collection are superb!!! Thank you so much...

I brought a dragon gave kadda from them n it keep tangling in my dresses.... The finish is not that good... My friend shadi for a kadda n it's colour went off in no time.... I use a alot of silver and the way its colour faded is nothing how silver reacts. When we asked the customer care to polish the kadha or to help us the blatantly denied and they were exceptionally rude.
