worst experience with Ahalia.Bad quality lens and frames.Recently I bought glasses for my mother and the cost of lens too high.The frame broken 2 times exactly after 6 month of usage.I checked with opticals and they said they will send to the company and will repair it Now it's 2 weeks called several times no proper response.very pathetic Service

I called them for an appointment But never picked up the phone.Irresponsible staffs.Wasted my time.

Hospital care everything is good. But I can't understand why are they providing telephone number! I am calling from morning... No responsibility at all.. If you are providing any number attend the call. This is not any personal number. This is a hospital.

Worst patient handling. Especially receptionist.. She will say one thing on phone enquiry and you can see the exact opposite while reaching... Just wasting our time.

If there is an option for zero star rating, I would have given that. No value for patients' time & effort to reach there. The receptionist treats customers as like as beggars. When we communicate by telephone to take an appointment on Sundays, they say that walk in appointments are available upto 12.00 PM. But, we reached there on or just after 11.30 AM, they refuse to give an appointment. Really disappointing experience.

Very bad quality of care everytime.after each check up we have to wait for more than 1 hour to see doctor like new patient always.we are coming mng 8 am after the consultation after eye drop checkup waited for more than 2 hour to see doctor again.everyone have time management. No quality of care

I recently had my father in law's cataract operation done from Ahalya. The only positive feedback is the recently hired one or two experienced doctors which in turn pulled more people to visit here otherwise it was completely empty before. Negatives feedbacks: 1. Had to wait for long time even 3-4 hours. Can't complain since it's because of the crowd. 2. Sometimes staffs seems to be irresponsible. 3. No place to sit for bystanders even the patients sometimes. No social distancing at all. 4. Most importantly: Doctors are supposed to tell the patients the 'dos and don'ts' after an operation but they simply said to come back next week, we had to ask them before leaving for the precautions to be taken. 5. There were mistakes in the medicines prescription(timing), had to get it corrected next day.
