This review is to express my dissatisfaction towards the frame given to me when I bought an Antiglare spec to use during my office hours and to drive during the night times. I have bought these specs last year (I guess it's just crossed 1 year) but the frame has been damaged and it's just torn the rubber coating and split it into several pieces even though I have less usage of the same. The exciting part is, I have this frame and glass replaced within 3-6 months after the purchase due to the frame issue. (The coating has been peeled off and seems very ugly). They have not just replaced the frame but the lenses also replaced. I really don't understand how this much fewer quality frames are provided from your outlets as I have been referred by my sister-in-law who was working as a staff in Kanhangad. I just had a bad experience when informing this issue at the Palarivattam branch and they are not even checking the issue but rather asking if the frame is under warranty or not. Finally, I don't need this frame to be replaced from your end but I'm just having a suggestion on this. PLEASE KEEP THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND SHOW SOME RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ALSO PAYING MONEY FROM THEIR POVERTY.
