A very good eye hospital in and around Trivandrum. The doctors are extremely professional and experienced, and take care of you every which way. I have had no complaints and got my treatment done in no time at all. Would recommend it to anyone without doubt.

Very bad experience with Ahalia hospital, kesavadasapuram when my mother had to undergo cataract surgery for the second time. I have no idea what made the quality go down to this level as we had a good experience with the surgery for the first eye. Only because of that we have opted for this hospital even though they have stopped cashless surgery option. On the surgery day, they made us wait for 3.5 hours. We had to come at 8 am in the morning only to wait until 11.30 to be called for surgery. When asked, the staff said doctor went for vehicle service center. For the consultation next day, i have asked them for the correct time and the hospital staff even called 2 times to confirm us that we had to come by 8.30 am since doctor is on leave and only coming to see surgery patients between 8.30 - 9 am, so we should be present that time. We came on time only to know that doctor would not be coming for the day and again we had to wait until another doctor to call us for consultation after seeing all his patients. Again I have asked for discharge summary on the first day itself and the staff promised the same will be available on 2nd day, but then I have to wait till 3rd consultation to get the same since doctor is on leave. Also, they are not providing cashless surgery option as they have issues with insurance companies. I have also observed another patient also having complaints about the hospital as i heard he was asking the receptionist whether this is a hospital or "thattukada".

This is a eye care only hospital near Ulloor Though the hospital is small, the care and attitude of staff is good. The doctors there are also patient enough to listen and gives good treatment. Overall the charges are also reasonable. Dr Chandramouli who practises here is a very good ophthalmologist and a caring person who will answer all your questions patiently and makes you at ease. I have visited here for minor ailments and surgeries. You need to keep your footwear outside the hospital which is a bit of an inconvenience. Dr Aiswarya is also good and very kind hearted doctor who listens patiently.

I had an excellent experience with ahalia hospital ulloor.All staffs are well experienced very polite and cooperative.Especially doctors and paramedical staffs who treated my mother and now I am satisfied with your services .So I recommended ahalia is a best choice for eye treatment.
