AH1 Hotel - Hotel in Amritsar, Gumtala Sub Urban - Amritsar, India

Very very poor service.. good quality and service has deteriorated to bottom low.. Talking about terrace... we in a group of 14 people (7couples) experienced a bad taste of food and poor service... food was coming from ground floor, until it used to reachvus, food was ice cold. When asked waiter to serve , he said utna hi serve karoonga jitna order kiya hai.. though food platter was present on table , but he was so reluctant to go on other side of table to pick the platter and serve to the other side... Stags were allowed to smoke haphazardly around family on terrace... no restriction to them for somikng in a designated area.. So In total Food was cold and taste was just ok. People smoked around... Waiter (floor captain ) was so non cordial.. Shame on AH 1.. WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT COMING AGAIN... OTHERS SHOULD ALSO THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING IT A CHOICE FOR FAMILY DINNER..

Over all good experience. But they will not allow you to sit in open terrace area .They just pretend to have prior reservation.

Went on a family trip to Amritsar. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Their staff is courteous and cooperative. The room in which we stayed was clean and we had no issues whatsoever during the stay. Food served was also delicious and live music on Saturday in the lounge was the highlight of our stay. Note for other travelers: 1. The hotel is situated outside the city but not too far. So if you do not have your own vehicle for traveling then you might find the location unfavorable. 2. Although valet parking is available, there is no separate parking premises as such. The cars are generally parked outside the hotel in a nearby lane. If the above 2 points are not an issue, I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had very bad experience today, worstest place I have ever visited in amritsar with family. There was group of boys sitting on rooftop, they people were hooting and shouting like hell, no staff member of rooftop management stopped them. There was one more family sitting back to us and they finished their food quickly and moved from there though we also did the same.

Full of Fraud people in hotel. Better to avoid

Good place to hangout with terrace dining. Food quality is good with great ambience. They serve hookah so if you are looking for hookah and drinks then you must visit this place. Ample parking space is advantage.

The rooms here are great. The room that I was allocated didn't have a working telecom system. Food items are slightly overpriced but are great. The location is almost perfectly in between Amritsar Airport and Amritsar City the cabs charge almost 500-600 either way.

Very pathetic stay. Please don't come to this place to stay or eat. No room Service, no silence. Constant construction noise from 7am In the morning. Heaters don't work at all at a freezing 5 degree and work kids just not recommended
