Poor Management I visited the store to place a bulk order of 120 Cow and Calf articles. I was unable to get any information about how to place the order, the shipping cost, the cost of gift bags etc..I spent an hour asking the staff for details, They gave me conflicting information and made me run in circles. The second floor manager was not available at floor, and the ground floor manager (Arun) was unresponsive, avoiding the customers..The dispatch manager (Ramesh) did not respond to my or staff calls.. I felt like I was dealing with a government office. I request the management to look into this. The staff needs to be better trained and more responsive.

One stop shop to buy all utensils you can think of.They have multiple building with 2 to 3 floors each.Also well organized and spacious. Recommended to visit on weekdays..

We went to the store yesterday. All of the salespeople are incredibly helpful. many different kinds. The stores they own have just undergone renovations. There are many possibilities and nearly all of the major manufacturers can be found at the steel world and plastics stores that we visited. All cooking necessities were bought. One suggestion is that the gift they gave for buying 14k was poor. Better to give good product.

It's a nice place where we can find many home accessories and applicances in one mall. But the only concern is the lift you have to wait here for more time. Some of the staff in counting section are not polite and don't have patience to corporate with customers as what ever we are purchasing important to us they just throws harshly damage is not bothered as one of us item got damaged due to I'll treatment. No discounts are given same as other malls prices.

Lot of varieties. They have recently revamped their stores. There is one building for Plastic and one for Steel and others. We visited steel world and there are plenty of options and almost all major brands are available. Sometimes you need to wait for lift as they are occupied with trolleys. Each floor is dedicated for certain list of items.
