All money minded dr come together in this hospital rude staff just want to make money and don't give service to patient

3rd class hospital with no line of management...how to handle patients...and yes their is no privacy when someone is going for consultation... reception persons are also not well educated and doesn't know how to behave with patients.

There was worst experience at "AHRI" I am living out of Gwalior I called at reception for appointment (before 2 days) the phone was busy then I tried after sometime they didn't pick up the phone two times and on third time they said appointments are full (rudely)so today I visit the hospital and request the receptionist (very unprofessional)to book an appointment first they denied and when I request for emergency they said yes for emergency fees 1500 (normal fees 500) and it will be on last number then I ask than what is emergency they said rudely at this place emergency is last number. These people are not life saver they are money maker. I request the director of AHRI that kindly treat patient humbly and politely and tell there people what is emergency( if this is not in the knowledge of you)

a total trash hospital.. It was a terrible experience at this hospital, Dr. Veena Agrawal is just seeking for money when running this hospital, she don't care what is happening to the patient, what is patient's health condition right now she will just tell you to do things according to her, there were not much facilities available at this hospital. a quite drastic experience. I would suggest you not to visit this hospital even once in your lifetime.

Good caring hospital but a little bit costly

**Doctor is great but the staff is really bad.** No doubt Dr Veena is one of the best doctors in the city. However, the staff and nurses are poorly trained and uncaring. They ask patients to decide if they want normal or operation. It should be doctor/senior nurses to say what would be best and support the patient in making the decision. Nurses are in a hurry to complete the delivery and send the patient back. Depending on the type of delivery, they should be put in observation for 1-2 days. PLEASE NOTE: The hospital only support patient during the pregnancy and delivery phase. They do not support baby and mother after delivery. If the baby like infection or jaundice or mother gets sick, you have to find another other hospital. Ideally, a maternity hospital should look both before and after the delivery for at least 1-2 months after depending on type of delivery.
