Would definitely recommend Agni Spa / Mr.Yash if you're looking for a professional massage. I explained the need for deep tissue once, he identified the pain points and worked on it effectively along with cupping. I have taken massages from across different parts of the country and outside during travel and as a travelling yogi, the stress of travel and lack of nutritious food takes a toll on the body. I came to Mysore for some training and wanted to experience a good massage and glad I found it after a masseuse friend from Netherlands recommended it. Go for it.

A really good massage on the whole. I was super sore from a yoga teacher training and decided on the Ayurvedic massage because I thought deep tissue would be too intense, and it was perfect. He adapted the massage for me so it still had some deep tissue elements to soothe the muscles but with the benefits of Ayurveda and not quite as intense. You can tell Yash knows exactly what he's doing hitting all the right pressure points. That said, he spent a little bit too much time on the chest/breast area (which as a woman is just isn't necessary as there's no tension there and made me feel a bit weird on reflection.) It would be better if he just passed around or checked with people first. The rest of the service was good though. At the end, I was given the option to take a shower to wash off the oil and shampoo was also provided as he starts the massage with a head massage which includes oil. (So note save your hair wash day for after ).

I found Yash during a random search on the net. Somehow, I felt this would be the right place. I am a pilot so had few neck and lower back issues due to my posture during flying. Yash has a small but well kept place and most importantly he's one of the best masseuse I have ever seen. No nonsense frills, he gets straight to work. His pressure is just right and he helped remove the tightness of muscles. A thorough professional Yash keeps your requirement in mind throughout the massage.
