The best place to learn Yoga. After taking classes from Ms.Bhuvaneswari Ma'am I can see lot of changes. Every time I attend the class it's so refreshing. My daughter is also learning yoga from her. She handles it with lot of patience. I would truly recommend this place to anyone especially for the kids.

One small request is kindly message the name of the asanas that you are teaching and also that are covered so far so that we can make the kids practice at home. Her attention to detail and her ability to guide me through each pose with ease have allowed me to progress in my yoga practice more than I ever thought possible. Her yoga sessions have been truly wonderful and her dedication and commitment to each session is truly inspiring and it shows in the way she conducts each class. Her patience and willingness to answer any questions is also greatly appreciated. She is an excellent yoga instructor, and I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from her.
