My recent trip to Agent Jack's, a retro bar in Nagpur, Maharashtra, left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the behavior of both the entrance bodyguards and the internal staff fell short of expectations. In a city with plenty of alternatives, I would strongly recommend exploring other venues over Agent Jack's. To sum it up, my time at Agent Jack's was overshadowed by the discourteous behavior of both the bodyguards and staff. For those seeking an enjoyable outing, there are undoubtedly better options available.

In a city with numerous other options, I would strongly advise exploring alternative venues over Agent Jack's. For those seeking a pleasant and enjoyable outing, there are undoubtedly better choices available.

One of the lit places to be at in Nagpur on weekend. The food is great and the cocktails are potent. If only they could improve on the service front. It gets difficult to communicate with the staff. The app is great for ordering but you always have to reachout to your server to approve it and that gets annoying. Other than that the vibe is good, so is the crowd. Get in early on the weekends to avoid the rush. Didn't check the condition of the washroom here but there is one instead the property and you don't have to go use the mall's restroom. Also, the afternoon music playlist can be better.

Worst place ever. And the manager too. He wont even come to talk to ur table when you ask to play songs. They are playing cricket match and that too with loud commentry. Is this the thing we came here for??? Matches should be played but ON MUTE. AND MUSIC MUST BE THERE. WORST SERVICE AND WORST MANAGER

Good and tasty food. Can bid on drinks and get it for a reasonable price. Nice ambience and should improve on the type of songs played. The chats of the bids are displayed on the screen where it shows the bids. Can improve alot on shooters provided. Had a good time but can improve alot as it is one of the biggest in the area and also in Nagpur

Great atmosphere and staff is polite and helpful. However their unique way of ordering food and drinks may work manually as it is not friendly.

You will love the food and vibe at this place. DJ is good. Only thing that annoys here is the ordering process. You will have to use agents jacks app on your mobile to place order and still will need to confirm that order from nearby waiters which I think is time taking. As this place is in shopping mall, you will have to pay for parking your vehicle.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Food is stunning, lovely selection of beers. Love this place and will continue to visit. You'll have to install their app to place the order which is quite cool. Highly recommended servers are polite and attentive...
