Overall my experience here was great. Nice food and ambience is quiet light and nice. I like the way of ordering food and the bid for drinks is just a fun . I would like to visit this place again. You can enjoy with your family , friends here.

Well it's good to see renowned brand in kolhapur. I heard about the Agents Jack's bar on Instagram and decided to go on the same day, as my friends birthday was there. Unlike the other Agents outlet in Pune this is more over the same but a serious improvement is required in service and orders. The app orders for food are not yet working. We literally wait for one hour to get our drinks on the table. You should at least have to wait for half an hour to get your order on your table. Even the bill was issued after 15 minutes that too with mistakes. To summarize: +Ves : ambience is really good and food is cheap. Food taste is satisfactory. -ve: Slow service. Time limit. The music stops at 11 PM. No extended timings. Inexperienced workforce. No dance floor available.
Good pub with amazing ambience, food, drinks and music...There is no dance floor but sufficient space to dance...There is a separate smoking zone... The app is a bit confusing but overall the place is very good...One must visit this place...
One of the Worst Agent's Jack (Tarabai Park, Kolhapur) Store I've been to. 1) Even after placing an Order and accepting it I had to wait 10 mins for Sprite. 2) I had asked for Ice bucket which was vacant on our table I gave it to one of the guy asked go get it filled he didn't return so I had to ask other guy even he didn't return, then I had to ask 3rd guy to get it. 3) I had order 5 Bacardi Limon and 2 Sprite. Even after confirming from me and accepting the order I was just giving 1 Sprite in the Order I had to ask that person to go and check the order and then he got the other bottle, which means if I had not check I was duped. 4) Music in staring which is approx. 8 ish it was good English music and later on they started playing hindi songs which is fine I understand but even after requesting speaker above us was not working 5) I've been to quite a few stores of Agent's Jack, So I know the portion we get of food, So I order chicken crispy here and quantity was quite less. So I asked the manager there why does quantity looks so less and guess what ? I was told we don't know about other stores but here this is the portion we serve. I mean really ? What the heck franchise means ? And the way he told me was really very rude. 6) I had asked for bill. I've just been given Food bill and not Drinks bill. Why is that so ? How do I track my expenses ? As I can't see any thing in the app as well. I hope brand owner or the management looks into this. This is going to get your brand down. I mean the people who are visiting here from out station will obviously find the issues, may be localities won't.
Good Bar (like Pub but no dance floor). U get stamped on entry. U need Agent Jack's mobile app to order drinks and food. Drink prices u can bargain.starter Food is good.
