Being an Indori I always search for good eating places wherever I go. In Gangtok I wanted to have jalebi and noticed this small shop at the famous MG Marg. I had chole poori and jalebi here. Food was awesome and they have a huge variety of snacks as well as sweets at the shop. Rates were reasonable and service was fast too. In all a great snacking point and place to satisfy the cravings of your sweet tooth.
Agarwal's is one of the famous sweet shops on M G Road. I have ordered sel roti and aloo damm and in sweets opt for rasgulla with dates syrup. I tried both dishes for the very first time and were good in taste. The food was good but the attitude of the cashier was very bad probably he was the owner. I placed the order and my google pay stopped working he started shouting at me which I didn't like at all. Famous shop owners sometimes need to learn how to behave properly with the customers.
price is too high, quality and quantity of food is very poor compare to price.
It's located on mg road. Tiny, self serve store.. has lot of options. Tried snacks and it was decent. Felt prices are on bit expensive side
Puri sabji and Puri chole were good. But service is bad and behaviour is impolite and rude for no reason. Cost is high compared to the service offered.
From north indian to south indian to chinese. It has almost everything. Food was good. Tried Sambhar vada, pizza, sandwich, idli, Manchurian soup and a sweet. Everything I had was great. Sandwich was okay. They have fast service.
Owner was very good, Location is awesome, Pure veg, Lived the cheese butter dosa, Papri chat was very tasty, Chola bhatura looked good too.
No place to sit, you have to stand with the table. Price is high and they serve food late. Food is OK OK
