Bad customer handling and the price of the product is expensive. Had made me wait for long time without proper response. I bought the return gift (medium size kum kum box attached image) in other shop for Rs.38 which they priced it for Rs.43 By seeing the YouTube video I visited this shop, don't ever visit. I don't recommend this shop.

Low price. Placed order from overseas to a local address. Easy dealing. Contacted over WhatsApp. Owner shared all the photos of gifts. Price of the items mentioned in pics. Payment was simple. Everything through WhatsApp text. Simple and easy shopping overseas. Great collection, reasonable price. Courier was sent in time to local address. Packing was so good that everything came safe.

They are very Co operative in showing what is needed. Everything has been done online and hassle free.. Paid through gpay. The items procured are of good quality... Received the parcel within one day. Hoping to work with the soon.

A big disappointment after we went there having watched their video in youtube. Primarily due to the sales person. He hardly lifted his head from his cell phone to answers our queries. How rude. He was not willing to remove the items in the display racks for us to take a closer look. Quite annoyed, we asked "are you not willing to sell these items?". His response was "anyway you watched us on the youtube; you tell what you want and we will get it for you". Not lifting his head from his cell phone all along. Ordered for a special item . Quite careless was the workmanship, packing and overall delivery. Looking at the other reviews of this shop i feel " they are ok if it is an online order and delivery. If you step in their shop they care less about you".

Please change your shop timing to 12:00 PM to 9:00PM. This site tells that shop opens at 10:00 AM. I came there at 11:00 AM. Still the shop was closed. They opened around 11:15AM, as soon as we entered the shop person was so rude saying come after 30 min we are cleanig the store.In fact when I went, there was another customer who got the same treatment. These are are lady customers. They cannot come and stand in the street. You may have your own problem in opening the store. But have some curtosy for customers. At last we found what we wanted in another shop which gave better respect. There are 100s of shops in Sowkarpet.

Decorated plates, flower beads neck sets and return gifts shop. Return gifts start from Rs.50/ . Seer varisai plates with golden nets and artificial roses eye catching.

Had good experience in this shop. Owner is friendly. But get correct quantity, we cant return them later .
