We went to the Vaccination centre in the ESI hospital today and got the 9 months vaccine for my son. Had a terrible experience there. The lady who is sitting there to give the vaccines misbehaved with us. She scolded me as my baby slept after a long wait. After hearing all her scoldings, I was forced to pay 30/- after the vaccination. Worst experience!!

Went there for covid vaccination, very happy with the service. Went very well in 45 min. The premises was very clean. Very heartfelt thanks to the Dr. all the staff and also to our MLA Krishna Byregowda.

Better one among other government hospitals around, children vaccination is given with good concern Good environment as there's many trees around but need to maintain more hygiene as it's hospital.

Good atmosphere clinic. Well maintained. Normal days very busy Single doctor.

Their service is free for all but they take fees for child's government vaccine. No proper timings maintained and we have to visit number of times to get our work done completely. There is no value for our time. Carelessly they will close whenever they want and tell us to come next week.

Very bad as I could schedule my vaccine for under 45 on arogya sethu but they didn't even care to say that it is only for 45+ and after standing in the queue for almost 2hours when they checked my aadhar no in their system saying it's only for 45+. Not even the doctor staff not maintaining social distance. And they are busy vaccinating front line workers in the hospital which actually should have been done in thier office (airline staff). Also they are shouting saying go and ask government and we are not responsible for not giving the vaccine. And even the arogya sethu app not working properly. My mother has taken 1st covishield here and registered for her on 23rd may but now in the app it shows not scheduled and in the hospital no stock. It's very bad that after getting the first dose not able to get 2nd which may make first dose of no use. Very bad facility and nobody from the government to care for people.

Have to wait for more than 2 hours. There is no one to attend your request. If you approach they will only say to wait. Simple RT PCR test would take so long I haven't dreamed off. Dr. Muralidhar tried to help out his best but other staff working under him are unprofessional. They say they work according to mutual understanding. I would request you all to understand the importance of time kindly inform us on prior if treatment or test can be done immediately or will take time.
