Good place for running and jogging, all equipment available for doing excercise

In short, this is a must visit lake for all age groups to rejuvenate oneself!
This is one of the oldest and natural lake surrounded with lush greenery. The concerned authorities are making significant development of this lake, its premises and amenities.
The trail of the lake is about 2 km, having clean and wide path for walking, jogging etc. There are lots of gym equipment installed throughout the lake trail and beautiful flora/fauna on adjacent sides of the trail. There is also a dedicated/separate cycling track. There are lots of sit-outs/benches along the trail, so one can really relax, enjoy the nature.
Some stretches of the trail (near Jakkasandra) have some foul smell, mostly emanating from the drainage running outside the park/lake premises as the lake seems to be quite clean.
On the other end of the lake (near Agara bus stop), there is a park with kids play area, sit-outs etc. The equipment in kids play area are of top quality. This side of the lake appears to be much cleaner and picturesque than the other side of the lake (near HSR BDA Complex/Jakkasandra).
In general, the lake and adjoining park are fairly well maintained and is plastic-free zone.
Best place for a morning and evening walking, jogging and running.
I just love this place being very accessible and it has huge area for walking, cycling,play area for kids. Nice place for walking/jogging. For weekends its open whole day from 5am - 8pm.

its near to agara in bangalore. its a good park for fitness caring guys.... this is the place you can jog run do exercises and there is some useful things to do exercies... there is kid section also to play games... familes can come for evening walk with their kids... cycling also available... but one thing after evening u cant even sit for a while... thats the r mosquitoes gym tym
