Stay at this place was amazing. The entire property was very neatly maintained. The rooms and entire surroundings were perfect. Hebin was highly cooperative and provided everything we needed without any delays and thanks for being soo kind. Highly recommended for families. Will surely visit again.

It is located in a very convenient location, very near to the market place. The host lives on the same property. There is a huge parking lot. The place is beautiful. The rooms are decent.

Please do not go by the reviews written on Google or on any other booking. I had a bad experience with this room. AC was not working properly, and the fan was very slow even at top speed. I called the caretaker 2 to 3 times but didnt recieve any response. TV is not available in the room. The room had cobwebs at many places, especially at window grills. The geyser was not working, and i had to call the caretaker to make it work. Hot water not available in shower, you need to take it from tap in the bucket. Although, the property has ample amount of space and parking for cars. Apart from these issues, the caretaker personally was very polite and cooperative. If the room conditons improved and the above issues are resolved, one can consider to book a stay as it is very close to beach. But if you want to visit city or backwaters, then better not to consider in case you dont have own vehicle as Auto or cab charges are higher from this place.

A very good stay, The rooms were clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They arranged autos for us and let us use kitchen which is set up outside .Rooms were spacious with facilities like Tv, AC, hot water. The stay has relaxing environment having garden area, swing, dining area, sitting area with trees surrounded. Definitely a go-to place , will stay again next time!!
