Nice place with better facilities comparatively from other residential buildings
Agami Emerald is a residential building situated in Eastern area of Boisar on Jahangir Irani Road. Rooms here are quite spacious and modern type.
One of finest township in Boisar East made my Agami Group Sweet and small society with ample parking , childeren Play area , CCTV Camera , Lift , VDP very nice society for residing purpose
This place in Boisar east is a good residential building, not a shopping mall. Amenities are good, but conveyance isn't good yet. Though the building is not very far from Boisar station and can be seen from station itself, yet it takes around 20 minutes to reach and costs INR 80 by an auto rickshaw.
The worst construction ever seen. Only good look, nothing else. Bogus construction, up to 3 inches of POP plaster covering the walls instead of cement plaster. Each and every house has red ants all over. The drainage system of this building is outside the shops, big nuisance of bad smell and odour. No proper cleaning of toilets, etc. Overall a bad experience.
Agami Emerald is situated in Eastern part of Boisar.It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach here from Boisar Railway Station by walking.The room's of Agami Emerald building's are very good and huge as 2BHK room's has area of 800-850 sq.ft, whereas 1bhk room's has 500-600 sq.ft. The cost per sq.ft is Rs3000.It also has lift facility available.

Very nice place just the locality should be good and every evening a smell coming out over the area of medicines because of the factories but really the building looks the best in the area
