I need service person no , I have purchased 5 years back treadmill, in between not used , now that it is working but motor got stucked seems, kindly let me know after sale services no please

Products are really good. The treadmill has a lot of features and I have been using it over a month or so, no problems and I can run longer than I used to on the other treadmills. The Sales staff is very courteous and answers all questions very promptly. The After sales service is also very good, they help with installation and also attend to complaints very promptly. Overall very good products. Recommend to buy from here.

I visited their showroom, they have a huge variety of fitness equipment on display and demo. The staff there was courteous and helpful, they guided me with pros and cons of each equipment/brands they offer. This made by buying decision easy as I was able to see and feel the equipment before making any decision. I decided to buy a treadmill and a 4 station multi home gym. The equipment has been very useful. I am glad I visited the showroom, today with me, my friends also exercise on this at home 3-4 times a week. It is surely worth our money.

It is impossible to schedule a service should your equipment need repair. They give you a date, and then never honor it. You will need to keep calling them and they keep giving you new dates or 'before Saturday' etc which keeps dragging. Please find some other company, at least you can get service. Here, once they sell you any equipment, you should pray that you never need any repairs or service. Unbelievable, but polite liars!
