Very Poor service. Dismantled home running cycle for more than 2 to 3 weeks and not picking up calls. Have to call 20 time for them to pick your call... Once picked they give excuse on top of excuse.... Excuse every day...few listed below ... You will have to call them every day they will never update you..... lunch time.. dinner time... Spare not come wrong spare came twise wrong spare came in Courier model old so no stock in Mumbai Courier company will deliver spare today... But today never comes ..... Please avoid this service company.

Afton, Perumbakkam provides an excellent service to customer. We are very pleased to get an elliptical machine from them. This is the first time we are experiencing customer flexible service considering our free time. The installation, demo everything was done without the hesitation of being late during night.
