I had purchased Elliptical bike from Afton, Malad in Jan 2022 and have had a really bad experience with the service personnel. Need multiple followups just for them to visit and check the problem and even then they are not sure what the issue is. My bike has broken down twice since when I bought it and for the recent one I have been following up since 2-3 weeks. Service executive Murugan has the audacity to tell that stop calling him multiple times and each time they promise to fix it the next day. They don't even deserve a single star
A good place to get all sort of item related to gym equipments... Spacious place each equipment is arranged nicely an easily accessible....Staff is polite and friendly.which show they know what exactly customer is looking for .... Must visit place if searching for gym equipments
I have bought a Sole E series elliptical ( 3 years back ) and a Sole F63 treadmill recently ( in fact today 21 Jun 2021 ! ) from their show room . My experience has been excellent . They delivered & installed both the day after ordering and payment with no follow up . Courteous , efficient technicians . The Sole brand is dependable. I have had no problems with elliptical . The treadmill looks dependable too . I would recommend their showroom very highly without reservation .
Nice experience, starting from suggestion for best fitted treadmill as per my use, owner suggested me a good treadmill. He gave me quotation and found price is very competitive. Delivered the product on time during Covid unlock period. However expecting maintenance support whenever due and will update.

This is a huge showroom for fitness equipment nice staff and very friendly I brought a treadmill in lockdown they are given the machine within a day so no doubt of the product if want anything regarding fitness this is the right place to purchase thanks Afton team.
