Absolute bliss. Beautifully executed project, the designers are involved in every stage and that clearly shows in the outcome at site. Architecture at its best , every detail around the place would make the user feel special.

Serene, beautiful, well conceived and executed project. The classy features makes you want to buy and live there. TE has built the villas with the taste of contemporary styles and yet modern amenities. I dont have to market them as they are a classy and ofcourse pricey If you have money then you certainly need to lve there and experience the wonderful lfestyle, far away from the bustling noise and dust.

Location - Railway Track right next to "After the Rain". Thumb rule is to live atleast 400 - 500 meters away from the track to have a good night sleep. There is a level crossing nearby and hence Guaranteed Loud Train Honking sound. Train frequencies will only increase in Future. For "Villas" within 300 mtrs of the track , it will Not be "After the Rain", It will Be "When is the Next TRain?" Design Issues - Looks like TE is focussed high on Aesthetics / show and low on functional design / practicality. 1. It's NOT a VILLA. It is a Row House. One cannot independently demolish and build latter after say 20 -25 yrs . One cannot use the Terrace. One cannot build a little extra space on top if family expands. All the independent villa benefits are taken away. I think they only give UDS in Land. 2. No space inside the house can be accessed without going through STEPS - be it living , kitchen, or any bedroom. Bad and risky design for aged people, small kids and persons with disabilities. 3. The Fun in a villa normally is the large terrace for family time / enjoying night sky in open air. In this project TE has taken this away in the name of aesthetics/style. The terrace here is sloping and covered by grass without access for resident. So there is No Terrace. 4. The roof has grass and not sure if the rain water getting soaked into the grass will affect the roof. It could cause Seepage after sometime. Am assuming TE has taken care of this aspect. Better to ask them how they have addressed this before buying. 5. The roof of Living is curved with a very low ceiling height in certain areas. Makes it difficult for a tall person to stand in those places. Gives a low ceiling feeling.

Beautiful 3bhk interiors and the layout as well is good. 5bhk Interiors and layout is just okay and the view is not as great for the 5bhk. The road is just horrible, it's a roller coaster. You can't even travel below 10kph on that, vibrates crazy. Would be tough for the residents to travel on that everyday

Excellent place. However it does take a while to actually get your house built and ready to be in use. The area is located 20 minutes from the airport. Neighbors are very friendly. Meeting are held often to discuss matters. The houses are beautifully designed but at a high cost

We walked in to have a look at the place as we had heard about how nice it was, after some friends recommended this place. We were met at the location by a very hostile person who said we just can't see the place and if we didn't have an appointment why we turned up there. He was rude enough to tell us to leave and come back with an appointment, if we get one from their call center! If this is how these folks treat people, I wonder what is the state of customers who end up buying here going to get treated, if they were to ever have any issues.

First Time I have seen an unimpressive villa and there is no environment in this. Villa is like a flat with common wall and spending nearly 5.5cr for this which you dont even is independent indirect way of cheating customers in the name of villa. Not at all worth the money .instead you can buy any well ventilated flat .

Pathetic service by the sales team took appointment and went they(Suraj Kumar and team ) made us wait for 1 hr as they were away for coffee break. The project is around 3kms interior between dense forest. Looking at the customer service I don't think it's a good investment option and the guaranteed rent / lease option seems to be a joke.
