We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room they provided was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The hotel offers great value for the price, and the room service was excellent. The reception staff's politeness and exceptional customer service left a lasting impression. It was clean and family friendly hotel. The staffs were very friendly and good service provided.I saw many comments which gives bad view about the hotel but it is totally wrong as per my opinion.I had a great stay and fully satisfied with their service
Rooms are cleaned and if we compare other hotels within this range this is one of the best hotel. Also the location is really good.
Stayed here for a 3 hours (7 PM to 10 PM) before a drop off at T2 terminal. Its like a 10 min drive to the airport so that is convenient. For the price (1200 for 2 booked on MMT) cannot complain much as parking space is available and though the rooms are on the fifth and sixth floor the conceirge provides help with luggage. Cleanliness was decent and you can order food to the room. Before check-in ensure your ac remote and ceiling fan knobs are working. Staff was helpful and i hope the lift gets operational till the 6 th floor as the staff had to haul heavy bags from the 5 th to the 6th floor using the stairs.

Rooms were not clean, bedsheet was dirty and smelling too. Also bad smell was there in hotel. Service was not at all good and AC not working properly.

Hotel is good as per price and room service is also good. Rooms are small and clean the view was best from the window but bedsheets are not good(food stain), food (rice) was not cooked properly, overall enjoyed the stay. Great

staffs are very helpful. we received a warm welcome. rooms are very neat and clean. Maintained very well. location is a bit interior,however near to airport. The only concern is non availability of lift and rooms are at second floor.
