I have been with AFC since 2 weeks and I am utterly grateful for the services they are providing. The gym staff is highly supportive for providing workout and diet plans and solve queries for the same. Gym also has all necessary equipment for Fat loss and muscle gain goals. The housekeeping staff also makes it pleasant to visit the gym again. The whole AFC family makes the gym membership worthwhile. I highly recommend to get enrolled with AFC to achieve your fitness goals.

Here as I am a member of AFC I would like to say that this is not only the fitness club but this is a place where we get that type of atmosphere that mentally and physically we get fresh... Here the equipments are highly modified.. AFC has a huge area for their members.. Here trainers give us work out as per our body. After covid situation they manage their gym sincerely and keeps sanitize after every use.. After leaving this place I feel so fresh that the specific word is not their to say... After comeing to this place I have changed a lot... From very fatty to fit I am feeling so much better than before. Love to going to club and doing diet Now I would give a big thank you to Hashim sir who has guided me a lot.. Thank you sir for motivating and inspiring me...

AFC is just an average gym with good ambience. Beginners might find this place amazing. I am a doctors and have been doing gym for 5 years now. I opted for personal training (19k/month) with monthly subscription (5k/month) so paid 24000 rs for one month. My goal was to lose only fat and not muscle But I lost 1.5 kg of muscle mass and 2.5 kg of fat in one month.The charges are unreasonably high just because we don't have any other good option near by(specially for females). Diet chart has spelling mistakes and it hardly included any protein,which Made me lose muscle. Trainer don't care much about the body posture while strength training. They clearly don't have much idea about body's protein requirement. They told me that it's a premium Gym but they need to do a lot of research specially if they are dealing with doctors.

Afc is the best place for your fitness journey, all facilities are different and very nice. The coach here are very nice and talented. You also get your physiotherapy done here. You will never regret to what you pay because the best results will be given.

It is one of the best and most professional Gym The batches are superb and especially the vibe here is different with clean croud and kids friendly. Very well maintained and equipped. Thank you afc what a beautiful experience.

Thr best gym ever. I have done bariatric surgery and then joined the gym..but i regret that i had done surgery..i could have achieved the goal naturally with AFC. But now I am continuing my journey with AFC for ultimate results. The best staff and ambience.
