I don't even usually write reviews, but this outlet has the worst customer service. They do a big inauguration without considering the rush they might face. They accept home delivery as well. They take orders and then they don't have the decency to say they can't meet the order due to rush. We call them they don't even pickup. They had said would deliver in an hour but I ended up waiting for 3 hours and yet I didn't receive an order. Please don't even try to order from this place. Totally unprofessional bunch of people. You can see from that evidently from all the negative reviews they managed to gather in a short time.

I'm unable to give a review for the food as even after taking the order 3hrs earlier. They haven't even shown the decency to attend the call. The ordering experience was really bad. I don't think anyone should give it a try.

Very bad executives are working over there. They should'nt have the Manner's to attended the call after the order. They might be thinking that we ordered with Bajaj finance lol.

Didn't deliver food even three hours after ordering. They didn't attend my calls either. I'm really disappointed with the way they treat customers.

Nice place in kalpetta portion of fries was very good and even chicken was tasty good for foodies. They even have Tandoori and alfaham

Very poor fried chicken. We 4 had an upset stomach after having their fried chicken. Very oily

Worst delivery..took arount 1.30 mins. Never ask them to deliver
