The gym is good . The owner of the gym sapna didi is also very good and cooperative, if you have any queries related to the gym or its equipment you can tell her and she sees it that the work is done . The gym trainers are also very cooperative and helpful. Overall the gym is very good and in a good location.

Not overcrowded, you will get ample and comfortable space to do your cardio, gym have separate floor itself for cardio,crossfit and weight training which is very nicely maintained in terms of machines and cleanliness. Trainer is very good, he guides everyone as per the need and slowly keep on increasing the intensity of workout that your body will keep on adapting and keeps you motivated.
