Excellent place to learn yoga and aerobics. There are many trainers , but there are very few good trainers. Jigneshsir is very personable and knowledgeable. He broke down each exercise and explained the muscles it impacted. I was always looking forward to our workout sessions. He helped me build overall strength .If you need motivation or people to get you through to your fitness goals, I highly recommend Aeroyog.
Very much technical, sensible and highly beneficial Exercise under the personal guidance of Jigneshsir. Helped me a lot to improve my immunity, stamina , posture and flexibility..
