A nice open place to do all sorts of things... You can learn driving here and just be carefree about accidents... Many people are often seen learning to drive here... Car bike anything... It's a nice place to learn driving without chances of accident... Childrens and others also play on the open grounds... You can see various groups of children and teenagers/adults playing there at different places... Many practice running and high/long jump there too... Many functions of a bit large scale take place here... And not to tell about Photoshoots... You will always find people with a camera and some guys posing too...
Love it....it's the getaway place for me especially in winter mornings...it's totally covered in fogg and have a special feeling towards it..it's a big field where u can run,jog,play cricket, learn driving.. intact I learned to drive here only...if u r in rkl it's a must go place for sunrise and sunset....I am uploading few pics about my fav place..
The roads of Rourkela town are pretty neat and clean. It has very good facilities for transportation purpose from any part of the town. Aerodrome forest area is situated near the space chowk junction. It is easily accessible using google maps.
