It has been an awesome experience here! The trainer (Kiran mam) is an amazing person by heart and goes an extra mile to motivate us to stay focused on achieving our goal! The counselling sessions are a never to miss and it consists of loads of important information that helps us follow a healthier lifestyle!

I strongly recommend her Aerobics classes.
I have been doing classes with her for the last few months and feel fitter and stronger than ever.
She is hugely knowledgeable and really pushes you to work hard and supports you in reaching your goals, the difference over just a few weeks is really noticeable. Her studio is fantastic with a range of equipment, so workouts are always varied. She is really conscientious and the whole experience is well organised and safe.
I have also been doing her online zoom classes which are brilliant, 30 minute home workouts that are really challenging but easy to schedule into your day.
I've had a fantastic experience and continue to train weekly with Kiran. Highly recommend!
My friend and I have joined Ms. Kiran's online fitness classes from Mumbai. She's highly professional, punctual and a warm person.
