Very bad experience with the girl in billing today. Shouts at customer like she fights in streets. The person who sent for print gave 2 sides 2 copies when we requested 1 copy 1 sided. She wants me to pay for 3 sets when it was not my mistake. On top of it she wants the land documents if i did not pay. Literally the owner had to yell and go to the extend of hitting his men. Very horrible experience. Just as simple of photocopy papers these people are unable to manage. She went to the extend of shouting at me saying when my daughter comes there's no problem and because of me there was problem. Wrongly printing, demanding customer to pay for their mistake and hurting customer by using harsh words, is it a place to help students and others with photocopying or a gang of miscreants let loose..very upsetting and hurt. Think twice before you go there. Let the management do something to improve the bad conditions, where students throng all day.

Yesterday. I visited this place for scanning of A0 documents and printing of the same. This is a document centre you can call it. From my college days itself now onwards any documents or any thesis or projects reports from various students or research scholars, they will visit this centre for their documentation needs. Speedy delivery and Job is good on a reasonable price. Strongly recommend this place for your documentation needs like printing and scanning and all other document related works.

I given project book binding here & they printed all words mixed together in most of the pages ! Cost is very high & they put gst fr xerox that too in huge amnt ! Printing is similar as other xerox shops. I thought its student friendly so went here but lost the amnt ! Hence beware.

The manager is horribly rude to the customers. I saw him screaming at another lady customer which is so not okay. Please fire him and hire somebody new. His name is Nagaraj.

Good place for printing related works. Skilled staffs and quick response from some of the staffs. Some staffs not knowing their works. Need seating arrangement for the customers. Parking is little bit difficult.

Technical aspects, software requirement is acceptable Be vigilant while paying I gave my thesis hard binding (brown color). They said it would take a day or two as their hardware is having some problems. I called the manager before the store opened and asked him to change the month on the front sheet (he said fine) but then during delivery, he charged me Rs200. Which is not good for a well-established shop.

Very, very poor service. Went there for lamination of E cards. Was made to run from one end to another to no avail. There was no coordination between the PC operator and printer operator. Wasted 40 minutes and had to return without the job getting done. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Highly irresponsible and rude staff. Shop owner is also very rude and impolite. Very expensive as well.

I just finished my research work and came here for Hard binding. They were active teams working hard serving the customers. Got my job completed on the same day instead of making me come back on the next day. Nice team and Customer Centric. Highly recommended. Worth spending to receive Quality deliverables.
