Good spacious rooms, clean washrooms Good location. Decent pricing (1.7-2k /night at the time of October 2023) There was a weird smell in hall room which can be taken care. Overall good experience. Overall Rating - 4/5

Rooms are neat and clean. Spacious rooms and bathrooms are also well maintained. We booked 2 rooms for half day, we arrived 3 hours late but still they were not able to provide second room and asked to wait. Negative on Service but location and rooms are good.

They don't have minimum common sense, i ordered veg fried rice but they provided chiken fried rice, when i begun to eat guessed it returned, they use the same plates and utensils for veg and non veg. They won't even wash it thoroughly,They smells too bad. They intensionally doubles the bill and acts like they made it mistakenly

bad: 1. Tap water quality was very poor. It was almost black. 2: They won't give you breakfast as they don't have their own kitchen but they will show the opinion of breakfast included and also take money for it. 3. Male receptionist who seats in the night was very bad as a human. He's more interested in his formalities rather than someone's health. His EQ was 'zero' 4. electricity cut off happened a lot during my stay there. Good: 1. The receptionist girl who seats in the morning was really great. 2. cleanliness 3. location

Stayed for a night by having 4 rooms booked through online, MMT. Water facility in bathroom is so poor. When called for room service, no one attended. Toilet accessories are not available and when called for help, no one attended. Not recommended at this price tag

A bit far from the city. Not much public bus service. If you have your own vehicle it's better. Auto services prices are too high, they will ask for extra money apart from the meter charge. If you book from online they ask you to vacate as early as possible, so would recommend you to go there and book if at all if you wanna go there.

The rooms are well maintained and service is good. The locality is also very fine as its a main road property opposite to first neuro hospital. Receptionist sunil assisted as in a good manner for smooth check in process as we were early to our actual check in time. ...More

Please read till end. Neat and clean rooms. Good staffs. Everything was perfect except the policy they were saying when we try to check in first. I would like to give a one star for the policy of the hotel that is no were written but the hotel staff is claiming that it is written. We were intercaste married couples and during the check in they saying hotel is not allowed for intercaste married couples. How rude it is?? We had arguments with the staff because for the entire India intercaste marriages are legal and gov is financially supporting the couples for the intercaste marriages. So is it like Mangalore is a different country or place that is not a part of India?? Or if it is so they should document it in their policy as a first rule so that no one like us will be in trouble after reached at the hotel. Think about our situation when we came to know we can't get in to the hotel that we booked after a long journey and they were saying it is not permissible at entire Mangalore for a stay for the intercaste people this is so ridiculous. as an Indian citizen I can't accept this rule of this hotel. Anyway they allowed us to check in after alot of arguments. But I am writing this here to inform public about their un written policy that would trouble many in future.
