Worst every A2B that i have ever went. The staffs are very care free and service less attitude. Every time i go there and order a food, they say it's not available . Morning 8 o clock u go, and they say idly is not available ... during one Saturday, at 2:pm they saying meals not available and they were just soaking rice n asked to wait . The other days sweets are just old n they did not fill up the new socks and asked me to buy something else. They won't even serve water and parking security is helpless. Please know what business ur doing and whom to keep in charge in service. Worst outlet.

We have been here number on times.. from a taste and quality point of view, never a disappointment however the service is very very slow especially at the snacks and billing counters.. when crowded, you will have long waiting time and often translation is needed as the staffs speak mostly Hindi only (most not fluent in Tamil) .. they had a space across the road for car parking earlier which no longer available hence parking will be a hassle if you go for dine in with family..

A2B is standard and good. Price is also affordable. For 5 dinner dishes the cost came to about 450Rs. Service is good. No place for car parking. The restaurant is clean. The hand wash area can be maintained better both by A2B and customers who use the area.

Horrible food service. Very horrible food. No chat available in the evenings. They had nothing available from the menu except few stuff. Roadside samosas taste way better than this dry stuff they served. Sev Puri was an atrocity I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Overpriced bland food. A2B is going down a very dangerous road, serving atrocious food.

Taste of the food is good ... but always 3+ bee dead on the table.. no tissues papers maintained on the table... suppliers said use toilet paper instead of tissue paper it seems like a local hotel ... bike parking facilities good but 2 cars only park at a time... sometimes orders takes to much too time... tea taste is bitter sometimes...

My family with a 7 yr old and 1.5 yr old went at 11.30 am on a Sunday. They said dosai only was available. We thought not to roam for other restaurants and said OK. They offered 1 dosai per head. We asked for other dosai and they said dosai closed. Without even asking for another dosai, they closed. We and kids were with half stomach, was so angry. Called the manager, he didn't even apologise but told us that lunch has arrived and we can prefer. How can they decide as to what we have to eat. Is it a basic manners. Don't they know, how the people will eat lunch after a dosai, especially kids. Very bad manners. Residing nearby felt us very bad for that restaurant. They never mind of the customers preference. Even if they never turned also, not concerned. They hold a great brand name. I have never been to such a restaurant in my life. I will definitely don't prefer to anyone. These people should learn the quote of Gandhiji regarding how to treat the customers.

Very well maintained place but there is always crowd there so best is you won't go in peak hours special traffic also waiting for you. But although the dishes are really great and their signature Indian sweets too..

Worst Experience especially service basic thing for drinking water need to keep a glass in the table that is also not followed, when I asked the service person he says sometimes it happens please adjust. Worst and worst service not only in this location almost majority is like this. When I ask for dosa service person says Mushroom and masala dosa Is available plain dosai not available
