VERY BAD. They used to serve good and tasty sweets once upon a time. Now all they serve is stale, dry and bad sweets.
Their Kaju Kathli is just a whole lot sweeter and no quality anymore.
Coming to their FOOD, quality is just getting worse. They never listen to customer requirements or feedback.
It's time to correct yourself before the competition eats you completely.
I often order food from here. Quality of food and packaging is good. My favourite dishes are mini tiffin, sweets (pedas, jamuns and some bengali), and ready mixes like dosa, upma etc., etc., and north Indian meal. Their navratna kurma is my most favourite curry from this place for la cart menu.
Just now I ordered 1 plate idli vada, but hairs is thr in Sambar and vada, very worst experience I had today in this hotel A2B

We ordered a paneer tikka in tandoori section and got just paneer dipped with masala and not fried at least.
Ordered a Paneer Biryani which is not there in the list, despite telling me it is not available they have added raw panner pieces to vegetable biryani and served it directly without even frying it and that is a worst experience. The staff who takes the order is not even professional or polite.
The fact is A2B is deteriorating in service, I opted out to Zomato delivery and that is equally getting worse. Been an hour wait just for idli and Vada. The attitude of staff isn't a welcome experience for any customer be it dine in or delivery.
It's a nice, decent south Indian joint. I love the mini meals, mini tiffin, idli, dosa, tea and coffee items here. It has good parking, rest rooms, which is ideal for family dining.
