Adyar Ananda Bhavan - A2B - Vegetarian restaurant in Chennai - Chennai, India

Food tastes good. We ordered ghee dosai, mini idly and coffee. Price is little bit costly. Ample parking space. Service is too worst. The serving person doesn't even care the customers. The person who brought food for us didn't even given gestures that he got the orders (no crowd today). He thinks like he is serving us food for free and throws the food if we ask extra sambar and chutney. I haven't faced such people in other A2Bs. Also rest room - below average. Defective plumbing, flush not working.

Not at all good...yesterday night we had dinner at Royapuram A2B for Rs.800/-(2 person)...from mrng stomach pain,loose motion for both of us....just had butter Non with panneer only....no hospitality too...very sorry

The food and the service is top class , I love the ambience and the service is too good and very polite gestures from the staff. Keep up the good work

A2B is always my favorite place to taste variety of sweets whenever I visit India and for me it's always been motichor ladoo. This time I was completely disappointed with the service offered in this particular restaurant. I know it's was a peek time in the evening where many visit to have their evening snacks. we ordered two coffees and a pomegranate juice. The waiter, he was not even bothered to place the juice properly he even poured out some volume of juice from the glass and no guilt feeling at all. Just placed and went off. Very bad customer service. Moreover just few minutes later after we entered the restaurant there were already another customer complaining about the poor customer service. Those three stars are only for the ladoos.

Best in terms of food taste as well as service Ofcourse it is famous for Traditional items like Idly, pongal, Dosa etc., aside i would recommend to try Bhel puri here It's theee favourite for me

Food and ambience is similar to other A2B outlets. We went there for lunch and the service was real quick. One good thing is the location of this restaurant. Because, this is the only good vegetarian restaurant in that surrounding, that also offers ample parking space.

As usual, nice food, service is average, but it depends on the person serving. I suggest to take a look at airport metro A2B. Only one person service is great . I tipped her a 100 when I went there. Nice over all

A2b has a lot of branches. Truely each branch gives a different level of customer services. I believe that this is due to their franchisee model and the franchise should have been given the full liberty to control. Most suppliers and captains are migrated workers from north and they give least for the customers particularly at crowded times...
