I had the South Indian meals here and it was very hearty and filling! All side dishes were good, ghee and paruppu podi were given on the side and you can ask for extra appalams! Restaurant is clean and the service is slow during peak hours and weekends. Seating could be better improved to accommodate families with more than 5 people. Their special meals get sold out quite fast but their usual South Indian meals is satisfactory :)

Chat is so much costlier in the past few years. I go here only for coffee. The best coffee taste in Chennai as far as I have tasted. But the rate is rs 40 plus GST Sunday 24th June 2023: I had pav bhajji at ground floor. The taste was good but not great. Then went to 2st floor for other items. It was last Sunday. They took our names and asked us to wait. When I saw from outside, it didn't seem to as rush as Sree Mithai on weekend evenings. We waited for just 5 mins and then they called us in. We had decided on the order while we were waiting and so we called the waiter. He nodded his head, but didn't come. Called again, they saw us but didn't even nod or respond. other tables were also not that much crowded. Even after calling them thrice they didn't come. Only then we understood that they artificially created a waiting time and made customers feel that the restaurant is in demand. Shame on them. We told them and left the restaurant.

Really worst experience. It's really disappointed. I'm ordered meals and they given the same curd rasam sambar karakolambu and more and keera sambar and name not know one sambar.but they given very low quantity meals. So I'm asked rice they are given very small cup meals.again asking time they says already one time given.so meals don't given.telling method very wrong.............. ordering time I'm ask but they are not told limited rice.A2B missing valuable customers.please train your employees

This A2B is located on main road and the area is quite clean. No comments about the taste as I find all the A2B having the same taste & quality. The quantity should have been more for the price they charge. Overall the experience is ok. As usual the sweet & snack shop is on ground floor & the restaurant is on the floor above. I tried their Green Roast Dosa and found is amazing so is the filter coffee.

They really need to work on that air conditioning and maintenance. There was water on the floor and some tables were inaccessible because of that. The A/C was not in proper condition and it was uncomfortable. The food however was very good and they maintained the expectations and standard of the brand. While some staff were courteous, some people just stood there idly not responding to any of our calls. The restaurant wasn't even packed when we went and still it took some time for the staff to attend to us.

As like their other branches this branch too have the authenticity.

Very good place for vegetarians. Perfect South Indian Breakfast from idly, dosas to poori.. everything was served really hot and good. Filter coffee is must try! My favourites are Rava dosa, Ghee roast, vada and poori. Pongal is also nice. Have tried mini Tiffin, really worth, offers sweet, masala dosa, one idly, one mini vada, pongal. Could spot many women waitress and they really do their job very well. Very good customer service. On the ground floor, you have the sweets and snacks varieties which you can purchase for your home. Awesome taste. Overall they have good reputation and maintaining standards. Worth the money eventhough a bit pricey! Car parking is available just outside the hotel and can be adjusted.
