Good food option with reasonable price. I had mini meals there. They served it very nicely. The hotel itself was very clean, service was also good there.
This is the worst branch of A2B we have ever visited. Being at such a hotspot location of Chennai Koyambedu, the restaurant is not maintained well. The service at 1st Floor Dining hall is very poor. Only 1-2 waiters are handling the whole crowd. The service is getting very delayed. There is no proper ventilation at the Restaurant. The AC is not working properly. They have to improve the service and maintenance. Didn't expect to have such a bad experience at A2B
It was WORST experience ever with kooyampaedu a2b. Myself along with my wife and kid went for lunch around 2.45 pm and there was few seats were free and we occupied theeat for lunch. Till 3.10 pm we are waiting in the seat but none of the ready to take orders. We also requested one of female waiter for the order and she said she will come but she didn't come. Finally we exhausted with hungry stomach and made a compliant with branch manager and went of the hotel. They didn't know how to attend customer and service their needs
It is located at the entrance of CMBT metro station when you enter from CMBT bus stand. It is a very tiny outlet with just tree tables. The items are very limited. You get breakfast, lunch and dinner but the menu is limited as well. Generally not crowded because most people wouldn't notice this outlet unless they use metro station. Service is kind slow. It is fully air-conditioned which is a perk. One can use this for a quick bite. A decent and trustable outlet inside CMBT.
Horrible experience at fine dining, no chairs, few waiters who cud not handle even 50% of capacity. Customers has to fight to get a table, and argue to get the tables cleaned. Oh my god. Pity this owner and investors. It's another dying outlet and customer is going to throw away from their hearts.
The atmosphere is too small and the food was okay. Only idly, Pongal, vada available when I visited around 10:30 am . Inside very neat and nice ambience.
The table number 24. The waiter sir is sooo rude to everyone. He cursed in Hindi (BC). And another Anna was very sweet The food was great.
You can take extra RS 10/-and arrange the sweet supari. This same providing the a2b Nellore branch. But this branch is failure to provide.

This place only takeaways and delivery in Swiggy and Zomato. First the quality of food I would give a 5+++. The taste was exactly like home food. I don't have any disadvantage for their service.
