Their weighing scales are faulty, you will notice that your item weighs some milligrams less on their scale compared to actual weight shown by any jewellery shop. Also while selling physical gold they deduct from the market value of gold. Eg. When the buying rate of gold is 4900/gm they will give the selling rate at nearly 4500/gm
